Return Policy
Overview
Thank you for your purchase and we hope you are satisfied. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund of the product price. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Returns
All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. The delivery fee for collecting the returned products from the customer's residence will be paid by the customer. This is because the delivery is done via a third-party delivery company and not LazLo Shop.
Return Process
To return an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product. Your return will be unsuccessful if you do not contact us within 7 days. You can contact us by clicking here.
Refunds
The refund will only include the product price. The delivery fee is unrefundable. Please allow at most 7 days after we recieve your item to process your return. We will notify you by email or phone when your return has been processed.
